With so many historic places in the area, Lustica Bay provides an extreme contrast. It is situated in the north east corner of Trašte Bay. It’s a modern development that has sprung up from nothing. Fortunately one of the first things they built was the marina and associated “village”.
Development is continuing but the “budget” Centrale area is finished with 3 more zones to come, including a full sized golf course and a second marina. However with accommodation prices on a par with inner London, I suspect you will eventually need a seccond mortgage to moor here.
So maybe now is the time to visit. Personally I’d much rather head to Bigova on the opposite side of the bay but then I’m an old fogey. If posh boutiques are your thing, fill yer boots!
