The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. These terms “the Website” refers to the entire contents of the website under the domain name www.sailingchoices.com.

None of the holidays or yachts described on this website, nor any of the prices given constitute a firm or binding offer to trade. Price and availability will be confirmed at time of booking. Sailing Choices acts as an agent only for UK and overseas tour operators and yacht suppliers. Packages including flights from the UK are provided by Jedlake Ltd trading as Sunscape Yachting, ATOL number 6899 and Best of Travel Ltd trading as Seafarer Cruising and Sailing Holidays, ATOL number 9511 for whom I am an appointed agent. Yacht only holidays are supplied by a range of operators. Details of the operator with whom you will be contracting your holiday will be advised at time of booking.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
