Atokos is a small uninhabited island between Ithaca and Kastos. There are a couple of bays; Cliff Bay on the south side and One House Bay on the east side.
The island is privately owned. It’s home to a few goats, tended by a shepherd who visits every few days
One House Bay is nice and shallow, only about 5m deep. There’s a small pebbled beach. It’s a lovely lunchtime stop. It’s sheltered from the NW winds but still to exposed to make a good overnight stop.
Cliff Bay is a little harder, simply because it’s rather deep.
The islands was reported as being for sale in 2015 – a snip at 44 million Euros if you fancy it!
